Insurance
Out-of-Network. Spes Et Fortitudo Counseling is considered an out-of-network provider and is able to provide you with a receipt (superbill) at the end of each month you can submit for reimbursement.
Reimbursement will depend on your insurance provider and plan, so it is recommend contacting your insurance carrier for more information about this possibility.
Payments
How do I pay my bill? We require clients keep a credit card on file, in our secure client portal. You may choose to have your card automatically billed after each session (AutoPay) or to pay at the time of your appointment. Payment is due when services are rendered.
Accepted Payments: Credit card, debit card, or HSA or FSA cards for those with Health Savings or Flexible Spending Accounts.
